“I was so pleased with the EnviroVent system and syclone 7 in my old property I had it installed in the new one. There was only one preblem, Lee, the installation engineer would NOT in stall the requested Syclone 7 extractor as it would have been to much work! Excellent system providing you don't have Lee install it.”

“The EnviroVent system was installed efficiently and happy to report that the air quality improved immediately and the tenant reported to immediate health benefit after it’s installation Money well spent by the landlord apart from safeguarding the fabric of the property more importantly the landlord considered the tenant and the Health and Safety issues raised and sought a solution and in choosing the EnviroVent system the outcome was resolved and the dampness sorted. Everyone happy tenant landlord and letting agent Thank you to EnviroVent Mitchell Edwards managing director of Factor 1 Property Management Ltd”

“2 x Cyclone extractors and Positive Input Ventilator installed. These are excellent products and we no longer have any condensation/damp issues. The surveyor and engineer were both very good- minimal disruption. However, head office not so good in regard to invoicing and scheduling when work was to be done.”

“Very knowledgable and affable salesperson and extremely efficient and considerate fitters of the products. The appliances (a bathroom fan and a PIV unit) are working well so far. My only criticism might be that on top of the initial quote I had to shell out for a smoke sensor (even though I already have an advanced system installed) for an additional £200. This is due to living in a flat (post Grenfell) and a legal requirement. Fair enough but I would have expected this to be included in the initial quote.”

“kit is fitted and working. currently have a prop in the bath holding the fan in place as the newly plastered ceiling came away when they drilled it and have had to put some filler in. coming back next week to finish off. Am expecting the plaster to be made good, having spent £30k renovating the place this is the worst looking bit of the house. Annoyingly I had wanted to have it fitted before the plastering but the first fitter recommended that it would be better if it were fitted after.”

Good morning, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you've had some trouble after the installation of the unit. We advised that the unit is installed after the work has been done because if the fan is fitted before, it will be sucking in all the debris from the renovation. The fan is quite powerful, so it will extract lots of the material from the air. This can cause the fan to get blocked up and could damage the impellor. “A very thorough survey of the property was carried out, and I received a set of priced options. I selected the best option and I was able to fix a convenient installation date. The installation was very successful in dealing with the condensation problem. The whole process from enquiry to commissioning was carried out with great efficiency, and the updates were courteous and accurate. Things could not have been done better. Well done Envirovent!”

“Very good if you cannot rely on your household or tenants to ventilate house by opening windows and from drying laundry indoors. All of which causes damp, condensation and mould. Worth the expense in the long run.”
