“The property had a damp and condensation from lack of ventilation being a ground floor flat and North facing. The tenants are very happy. They didn’t realise how it was affecting their sleep. They are now sleeping very well. The also found the installation and customer service very good.”

“We paid half the cost end of January and you were going to fit on 5th March... only to be told at the last minute you didn't have all the parts .. very disappointed … now you sent this and its not being fitted till the 29th March”

“I am very pleased with the service I have received. The job could not be completed fully on the first visit as the fitter was given the wrong vent to put in the bathroom. He has been today and completed the work and everything seems to be fine.”

“After several failed attempts at finding a bathroom extractor fan that was quiet, I eventually discovered EnviroVent. Love that you have to strain to hear it and that I can now use the bathroom and then go straight to sleep afterwards!”

“The installation of the system was carried out efficiently and quickly. The property is currently unoccupied so it is difficult to gauge the efficiency - however- the bathroom walls were damp, they are now dried out, so there is already a visible improvement. I shall happily follow up with a further review when the new tenants are settled in.”

“Very good service although I had to wait a few weeks for the installation after the original installation date was booked. But it was worth the wait; fresh air 24/7 and no more clutter with air purifier and dehumidifier.”

“I was impressed initially with pre purchase demonstrations and the helpfullness of the salesman. However once the deposit was paid for the fans the customer service was not great. The salesman was difficult to get hold of and then when the work was booked I turned up to check it two days later and found out that the full job of three fan installation had not been completed. I had not been made aware of this at the time of the job. I was then told it was not possible to fit a fan in the third ensuite due to electrics. So I got out an electrician at my expense only to be told there really was no issue with the electrics or the isolation point. It was just a real hassle to the get the original fitters back. The job was completed well in the end and the finish of the work and fans are great. Just not a very tidy process inbetween,”

“Chris, who came to give me the quote was friendly and polite, not promising anything the company couldn't delivery. The fitting and explanation of the equipment was just as good so congratulations all round. P.S. no mess for me to clean up either.”
