“The member of the office staff did her utmost to make sure that we could have an appointment time that suited us. The engineer that came was punctual, very smartly dressed with a nice clean appearance, he was friendly, polite nad explained all proceedures etc, very carefully and clearly. He was a really clean and tidy worker, There was no problem re. the question of a refund. All in all, we are vey impressed”
