“Brian was on time got on with the job he came to do was extremely efficient and left fireplace cleaner than he found it.We have already made arrangements for him to come again and when needed. We cannot recommend more highly.Mary Beattie Clapham”

“From booking everything was on time and on the date booked I have to say George who visited for measurements and ways to fit fire And returned to install the fire was amazing and most helpful and explained everything to me at all times I was pleased to see the same person as it makes it more simple On his second visit Dave was there also and equally helpful Both are a brilliant team Thanks David”

“The team were great. Scott at the office dealt with me quickly and was a great help. The installation team of Bry, George, KC and Dave were excellent. Friendly, clean and full of good advice. Anyone looking for. Log burner should talk to Enviro flame. Really happy.”

“Our chimney was swept yesterday and the gas burner that hadn't been used in several years was checked. Our engineer, Bryan, was polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable; he gave us lots of advice and information on the options available next. The sweep was completed in good time, we received the certificate of chimney sweeping and the area was left clean and tidy.”

“My chimney was cleaned by Andrew . He was an extremely pleasant young man who took great care to ensure the job was undertaken with minimal mess . He was very willing to answer questions and explain how the machinery worked and the purpose of the smoke test . I would have no hesitation in having him repeat this exercise on a future occasion Mike”
