“I have thoroughly impressed with the attitude and service from the Enviroflame team. They installed my flue and followed up with flue collar, register plate and flue adapter. They were on time for the appointment and cleared up before their departure.”

“Enviroflame fitted a new (enclosed) fire for us at the start of the year. We then had decorators in, who managed to get brickdust inside the fitting. Agha sent an engineer on the day I rang him asking if he could help. The fitting, and more importantly after service, has been second to none. I would recommend Enviroflame without hesitation.”

“Friendly and professional phone support to arrange an appointment to have a gas fire serviced and repaired. The engineer was on time, told us when he was coming first, and presented himself and professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He took time to explain things to me once he was done. My only reservation was having to pay in advance for the visit, though everything worked out in the end very well. I recommend this company.”

“I have been very impressed by the service offered, both the guidance on choice of fireplace and insert given to me in the shop and the installation. The latter required an elaborate skirting board to be cut at each side which was done expertly and I am delighted with the finished effect.”

“I was really pleased with the advice, the fireplace provided and the installation. It was delivered on the date we agreed, they guys installing the fireplace were clean and tidy and you would not have known they had bee there. Very nice people and very professional. I totally recommend them.”

“Enviro-Flame's customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The first time I contacted them I telephoned and left a message and was immediately phoned back by their receptionist. I explained that we wanted to purchase a glass-fronted gas fire, stone mantel and granite hearth and that we were running to a particular timescale. She listened to all of my questions and then asked their specialist to call me back. He did so within 20 minutes and assured me that he would be able to help. Their gas engineer visited us the following morning (a Saturday), confirmed then and there that he would be able to lay a gas pipe without any difficulty (this was in contrast to one of Enviro-Flame's local competitors who had been reluctant to do the work) and we then visited their showroom that afternoon. We received their quotes by Monday and placed our order on the Tuesday. The gas pipe was laid that week and the fireplace itself was installed a couple of weeks later (Enviro-Flame having kindly rearranged another appointment to fit us in at short notice). Everyone at Enviro-Flame is incredibly personable and helpful. The fireplace itself looks fabulous and we are really pleased with it. We would not hesitate in recommending Enviro-Flame to anyone.”

“Expert advice on selection of a suitabled appliance. The team who fitted the fire were polite, efficient and left no mess. The quality of workmanship was extremely good an the whole job was completed in less than the estimated time. The inset gas fire looks fantastic and,'if anything, exceeds my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends.”

“You came promptly at the appointed time and the installation of the new fire was carried out in a shorter time than you had estimated. The engineer carried out the work efficiently and without creating any mess. He had to plaster around the opening of the old fire as the new one was smaller. This was well done . He finished by demonstrating the lighting of the fire with the remote control which was new for me. Overall a good job well done.”

“The actual annual service of our multifuel stove is carried out efficiently although it is expensive for the work involved. However, getting an appointment is a real drag, it requires numerous phone calls.”
