“The customer service is very poor. Sold me a fryer that is less than year old ans plug was burnt and nearly caught in fire and the safety cut off didn't work . Very rude lady on the phone.”

“From the first call to delivery, everything was great. Abbie was so helpful and polite. She ensured the order was in place, arranged an invoice payment and our fridge was delivered the very next morning. We were kept updated throughout. Thank you so much, we will use you again.”

“Having set up my account to purchase my display fridge- I called the office to find out delivery times. Abbey was firstly very polite, friendly and efficient. She was to the point and quick to help. I phoned back as I hadn’t received my email and spoke to Samantha. It turned out I had set my email incorrectly and so Samatha re sent the email Abbey had already sent. Again, I got friendly, efficient customer service! I had to phone back again- as I had made a complete mess of my details and had given my home address and not the shop. With 2 hours before delivery- Nicola helped me out,abd made sure my mistake was rectified. 3 times I called- each gave excellent customer service. This made a huge impression and apart from the great prices- the customer care was the icing on the cake for me!”

“They don’t care their customers. You have to pay minimum 25% of your purchase , if do you want to return any product which you bought from Empire Supplies. You don’t have right to get all money back even if you return it a perfect original packaging without opening. Please read their terms and conditions before order any product from Empire Supplier Ltd. I did this mistake I am very regretful. They put me in a hard situation in my company. They are selling the items online but their rules are just protecting themselves they don’t care their customers.”
