Empire Supplies was established in 2010 with our mission to supply high quality catering products at great, affordable prices. Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. “Honestly cant recommend this place enough, customer service is outstanding. i spoke with Abbie who was more than happy to help with any questions and really put my mind at ease with both what i was ordering and when i could expect it. perfect service from buying it until to delivery”

“Everything was 5 star ! The quality of the product was very good and the price competitive, but I especially want to single out the customer service provide by Abbey Robbins. My purchase became complicated. I ordered a drinks fridge for my daughter who measured for it , was 2cm out , so it didn’t fit. Technically it was her error so our responsibility to send it back but we couldn’t pack it up and do that. Abbey sourced us a different more expensive model that fitted and didn’t charge the higher price and organised for the original to be collected without charging the £50 collection fee. Unfortunately the carrier coming to collect let us down on two occasions and Abbey changed to a different courier and made every effort to accommodate us in terms of timing as I had to travel quite a way to my daughters house to be there for collection. Throughout this Abbey had offered us a full refund if she couldn’t find a replacement we were happy with. Altogether exemplary customer service going way beyond what the firm legally had to do.”

“After seeing a commercial freezer that suited our needs, I contacted the customer service team and spoke to Abbey to clarify a few points, which Abbey did. We ordered the item and was delivered as promised (next day). Although there was an issue with the item upon delivery, I feel we have had a quick and fair resolution to this and I’m happy with both the outcome and item itself. Abbey was fantastic from start to finish a credit to the business. Would most definitely recommend.”
