Empire Supplies was established in 2010 with our mission to supply high quality catering products at great, affordable prices. Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. “Unfortunately my order arrived damaged, the pallet was completely broken and the bottom of my fridge was dented. All in working order and Rebecca kindly offered me a discount to keep the unit - I was going to keep it anyway because I needed it for the weekend and you won't see it when its fitted but I appreciated the discount. Thank you very much.”

“Pity, they do not have the option beyond 5 stars. I dealt with Samantha Parker, I cannot begin to articulate how amazing she was. She sincerely went way above what one would expect. Purchasing the freezer without her help would have been near impossible. I asked her a zillion questions, she replied to all to my complete satisfaction. Came up with some very valuable suggestions too. Pity there are very few such Samanthas in this world. If I ever need any products they shock, I will only buy from them, and recommend to friends and family.”

“We purchased a panini machine back in january and one side developed a fault. It has been weeks now since communicating the problem and we still do not have any answer as to what will be done. A years warranty is fine if you do something about it. I have done all the chasing without resolution.”
