“Because they leave it outside on a Crete and if u can’t get it in your stuck also if u want then to take it back they charge you it’s a complete joke and I will take this further”

“The drinks chiller I bought was unfortunately faulty. I was unable to adjust the temperature which was permanently set to 0C. Paul at Empire was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and quick in sending me a replacement part. Since replacing the controller the chiller has been working fine...Thanks Paul.”

Apologies for this. You requested a return which we have agreed to but we would have been more than happy to send you the valve that was missing next day. Kind regards, Debbie
