Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. “Fantastic customer service, the product I ordered was out of stock we were offered alternatives with links to the products to help us choose what other product would be was best for us. “Great Customer Service 🌟 I emailed Empire to enquiry about a spare part for my bottle cooler that I have had for a few years. It’s still working good as new but I needed a replacement door handle. “I enquired about 2 replacement switches for our 3 door bottle cooler we bought from Empire a few years ago, I knew it wasn’t under warranty anymore - I contacted Empire and spoke with Emma who was very helpful.
