Read their terms and conditions. I accidentally bought a white toaster instead of a stainless steel, the picture looked like it was stainless steel. When it arrived I asked to return it and swap it for a stainless steel one. I was told I would have to pay a minimum of 25% for a restocking charge if I wanted to return it and cover all the costs of delivery. You are also responsible for any damage sustained whilst its being returned and they can reject the item once its been delivered. The toaster was approximately £140 so a minimum of 25% is a huge charge for a toaster I wanted to return unused. Customer services were awful and incredibly defensive. I will not be using them again.

Bought a convection oven, with there name on the from, and was recommended by one of there team, sat in a box for 2and a half months as we are in lockdown. Started using 2 and a half weeks ago. Half way through my evening takeaway service, it stops working. I pay a huge amount for 2 and a half weeks of it working. And I have to call engeneer and sort it out. Bad, 3 months old, and 2 weeks of work. Very sad service to receive.

I have purchased a meat slicer from Empire supplies Ltd on 27th February, after email them and chased my my item, I was told that my item was lost in transit and they cannot send me another one as it was the last one in their stock,all they offered me was to purchase alternative (which is higher price)they haven't offered me discount, or cancel the order or wait until first week of April when the item back in stock, absolutely disappointed. Should have read the customers reviews before purchased from them.

WARNING - READ THE SMALL PRINT I bought a bottle fridge from this company online 3 months ago. The fridge was faulty and not cooling down. When I contacted them they informed me that the waranty was parts only. I booked an engineer to look at the fridge and I was informed the fridge was wired incorrectly. I informwed Empire Supplies and they will not cover the cost of the repair even though the fridge was faulty when delivered.

Even having received a text and email for delivery we have not received our delivery before Christmas. Even before placing order the company gave commitment to get it delivered. But refused to deliver at the 11th hour. Our dough machine was broken and on empires commitment we didn’t organise any back up and now we will lose the business because of not fulfilling their commitment. Have never seen such an unprofessional and dodgy people. Will never recommend to anyone ever and will never buy anything from these people again. We run almost 6 stores and we are taught a very good lesson by empire as they are the least reliable people.

Rip off I bought Atosa Ice-A-Cool Double Door Upright Fridge: Come with 2 years Full warranty The Fridge was faulty - it heats up and water leaks everywhere from the fridge and stays at the bottom. I had stored around £600 worth of food in the fridge had all went bad. I had called the company to explain that the fridge was faulty but I was told that my warranty doesn’t cover this issue, despite the product comes with 2 years full warranty. They also asked me for a £120 deposit in order for an engineer to come expect the fridge. I will never use this company off as it seems your products are nothing more then lies and a rip off.

AVOID - AVOID - AVOID! Disgraceful customer service by Debbie Seville. I was wrongly denied of a refund as a consequence of their fabrication regarding how the item was packaged. It was received in bubble wrap yet they were adamant it was sent in a box and without this they were unable to help. They’re nothing short of a scam company and worst still not even an apology! You’ve been warned, stay well clear.

Debbie provided the worst customer service experience I've ever come across. I had a faulty part on a brand new fridge and asked for a replacement part. None of her emails offered a solution, the warranty wouldn't cover it and it was too much trouble for her to order a new part from her supplier. I have never come across such unprofessional and unhelpful customer service. This was after the fridge arrived on its side which had damaged and broken all of the doors so we had to have another sent out, which also came on its side but was fortunately not damaged.

Very poor service, avoid this company at all costs. I was supplied with a faulty fridge which leaked (Prodis low profile bottle cooler). An unsuccessful repair was attempted. It was then replaced with another fridge which was supposed to be new but had several scratches on it and this appliance also leaked. Empire Supplies didn't care about the damage and said they don't believe two appliances can be faulty despite being provided with clear photographic evidence to the contrary. They have refused to do anything more about it and as they sell on a business to business contract basis I have no consumer rights even though I am not a business and bought this appliance for use in my own home. The customer service from this company is appalling and I would advise anyone not to purchase anything from them.

Avoid this company they are quick to take to your money but ignore you when theres a problem with the item... bought a drinks cooler after 4 weeks it stopped cooling the current temperature of the cooler is 22 degrees its warmer in the fridge than outside and i had to fill out a form online which j have still no call ive contacted consumer rights as the woman on the phone would not disguss the problem she is very rude even stated that my rights are differeny when buying from a commercial company than buying from a domestic company well i know my rights im now stuck with a fridge that doesnt work apparently im supposed to get a call from a manager to discuss the problem no call as yet my hubby as a birthday party this saturday with no drinks cooler what a rip off company pay a bit extra folks at least you will have peace of mind that you havent paid for scrap metal i will never buy from these again oh im taking this further!!!! Companys like this need exposing!!!

The standard of service I have received frommthis company, is sub standard at best, I ordered on the 21st of July, and given a delivery date of the 5th of August for 2 fridges, I phoned in the 16th of August to ask where the fridges where and was told they’d been delivered, but queried this only to be told it was a supplier fault, and that they would be delivered the following day, 1 was delivered, and it was damaged. I phoned again the following week to what can only be described as the grumpiest of sales people, who wouldn’t let me speak, or answer questions that where asked, deflecting at all times, basically calling me a liar that I had only 1 fridge delivered and that she couldn’t possibly refund any times, so 6 weeks after ordering a 10 day lead item, I have no items and no refund, with only a promise, one which I do not expect to be kept, to look into it. I even asked I would like to speak to a manager please. To be told you’ve no chance. I’ll just tell tell you this is the way it’s going and that’s it. Aye cheers Debbie.

GF4 Fryer - Would not recommend for commercial use at all! Despite it seeming flimsier that the usual free standing fryer it seemed to be ok, that was until it came to cleaning it! There is no room between the tank to reach the bottom, the hole that connects to the tunnel is ABOVE the bottom of the tank, therefore does not empty the remaining residue and oil! A cleaning rod comes with the fryer - which is essentially a long piece of metal, again you cant collect the residue as you cannot fit anything bar the rod in! I physically had to tip the fryer to completely empty it and at that i was still left with debris at the bottom! This was after 4/5 uses!!! Customer service was unhelpful and said because it has been used they wont refund, but i can email for advice?! I’ve worked with free standing fryers for over 34 years and never came across a fryer that you cannot fully clean! I’m now left with this until i can afford to buy a new one. I’m not someone to leave bad reviews on items but feel that businesses need to know this, as if i had seen a review about this i could have saved myself this hassle and purchased a fryer i can actually clean.

Beware! Great prices - just make sure you have definitely ordered the right item. Due to lack of dimensional details (and that is my fault for not asking before ordering) the item was unsuitable for my needs and I have to return it. This cost me over £50 in courier fees + a loss of another £40 due to "re-stocking fees". So £90 out of pocket. I'll stick to Amazon in the future.

The greenhouse table looked big in the picture but when it came was a small table and delivery was poor said they was delivering at a time and delivered before time but I wasn’t there. Said on the box £11.99 but I paid £67. Never again
