Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. Abbie was extremely communicative during the purchasing process. Although the item we initially ordered was shown as ‘in stock’ online, it transpired it was out of stock unfortunately. However, Abbie was exceptionally good at regularly communicating with us to let us know when the item was due back in stock. She also honoured the original price we paid which was fantastic customer service and liaised with us during the reordering and eventual delivery process to ensure everything went smoothly. Abbie is an absolute credit to the organisation and such superb client service is hugely refreshing to experience.

Avoid Avoid Avoid buying anything from this company. I have bought a fryer and they send it very early morning without any slot time or just let me know after raing them to redelivery . They said you have to pay for delivery or you have to pay 25% of the order to cancel the order and the stuff was very rude and they put the phone down they don't have any experience Or Respect for the customer.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the service provided. I've looked into this for you and I can see that you missed the delivery and as per our T&Cs any failed deliveries will incur a redelivery fee and canceled orders will incur a 25% restocking fee - this was explained to you during your call to our office - the fee is charged by the supplier, not Empire and this is to cover the return fee to them as the couriers will charge them for that.
So sorry but you have bad service after saling about your products and take long time for contact

Great service from Lauren and Josh - we had an issue with the first fridge delivered however it was collected and replaced including collection and packaging. Quick responses were amazing, service next level. Thanks again!

We bought a commercial fridge from Adexa which required additional shelves, unfortunately Adexa after sales service fell apart. I found what I thought might be the correct shelf on the Empire web site. Emailed for clarification, from that point forward Abbie absolutely owned my enquiry. She followed up all through the sale to the point of checking they were correct after delivery- real 5 star service

Received a bar fridge which had a big dint which looked like it was from a fork lift. Just got blanked, not happy

We had a faulty smoothie maker/blender that was within warranty. I called Empire and spoke to a lady called Abbie who was so helpful. She arranged the collection of our faulty unit and delivery of our replacement. It was quick and seemless and she was a joy to interact with. Excellent customer service beginning to end!

Never had an issue until I purchased a Prodis glass washer, which on first day of use a button fell off, and then totally stopped working within 2 months or purchase. Only the parts are covered under warranty.

Outstanding customer service.!! I had a slight issue with my fridge and have been communicating with Abbie for a couple of weeks now. She has been absolutely fantastic. She has spoken with the manufacturer on my behalf and got a solution to my problem. In an age where everyone is quick to criticise, I can’t thank Abbie enough for her tenacity in sorting out my issue. Great communication, kept me up to date and super friendly. We would just like to give Lauren a little feedback for her help. We ordered the wrong size fridge and called right away to try and sort our issue. We dealt with another member of staff who was also great but was off the next day,so Lauren intervened. Straightaway she offered her help and empathy to our dilemma, not only was the issue dealt with, but with in a few days my new fridge was delivered and the other one was collected. All good thank you Lauren, excellent customer service as this is a rarity. I would highly recommend this company and especially Lauren. Thank you Garry and Tracey.

Not as advertised, after being let down by another company and heading into the bank holiday weekend as a pub owner, I read the reviews and looked at their website to purchase a bar fridge and the promise of free next day delivery was appealing, so I went ahead and placed an order at a premium cost, the next day, I received an email at 1045hrs to say this won't be delivered the next day and rather it will be between 26th May & 29th May, so the information on the website is very misleading and bordering mis-selling! Not great, the only good thing is the customer service rep I spoke with was pretty helpful, but I'm not holding out after already receiving delays, this is seriously going to effect my business over one of the busiest weekends of the year!!!
