Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. “Was really stressed out over my wifes commercial dishwasher Apparently it was broke because a overflow pipe was missing Could not get any help off any1 anywhere Then contacted another Catering supplier Got ran round in Circles I then Spoke 2 Abbey at Empire Supplies Really thought it was her Dishwasher we was talking about She sent me pictures of parts & information She could not do enough She then sent me a picture of the tube we needed & said she would leave it in the warehouse 4 me as the office closes at 4pm Arrived bt 4.10 was met straight away By a Man from the warehouse & he said Abbey Robins had left the part 4 me I asked how much i owed her for the part And he said Abbey & the management Realised you was stressed so much to get the part there was no charge this time. Really couldnt believe there was people & persons that really considered my problem Usually u dont get much help Really applaud Abbey Robins & every1 i spoke 2 at Empire Supplies Really still dont believe it Thanks again so much”

“Everything was 5 star ! The quality of the product was very good and the price competitive, but I especially want to single out the customer service provide by Abbey Robbins. My purchase became complicated. I ordered a drinks fridge for my daughter who measured for it , was 2cm out , so it didn’t fit. Technically it was her error so our responsibility to send it back but we couldn’t pack it up and do that. Abbey sourced us a different more expensive model that fitted and didn’t charge the higher price and organised for the original to be collected without charging the £50 collection fee. Unfortunately the carrier coming to collect let us down on two occasions and Abbey changed to a different courier and made every effort to accommodate us in terms of timing as I had to travel quite a way to my daughters house to be there for collection. Throughout this Abbey had offered us a full refund if she couldn’t find a replacement we were happy with. Altogether exemplary customer service going way beyond what the firm legally had to do.”
