Empire Supplies was established in 2010 with our mission to supply high quality catering products at great, affordable prices. Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. We are constantly growing and put our success down to; • Low Prices - We are committed to supplying catering equipment to all our customers at a low price. “Purchased a grill and had no invoice. Spoke to Samantha who immediately saw the reason why and within seconds had emailed across a copy for me. Samantha was so helpful, cheery and efficient. Great customer service”

“I spent nearly 4 k last 1 years this empire company.i have problem with grill now but3 weeks noone help , they are ignoring you . Last 3 weeks they waste time waiting them sort out problem but they dont helps . i do not recoment empire catering anyone i wish i didnt both anything from them”

“Shout-Out to AbbieP! Dear Abbie I recently had an online shopping experience with Empire Supplies that didn't go as planned, but your exceptional service turned it around. I ordered a sink from the website, eagerly awaiting its arrival before I went away. However, when the package arrived, it was scratched and dented. Naturally, I was frustrated, especially as I was not buying for myself but for a very fussy person (Mum). I contacted customer support, and that's when you stepped in. Instead of passing the buck, you took ownership of the issue, and made it really easy and sorted it. Within hours, you initiated a return process and arranged for a replacement. You personally followed up with me throughout the process. You kept me informed, apologised sincerely, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. Thanks to your efforts, I now have a lovely sink and more importantly, my mum is happy. Your dedication turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. Empire Supplies is lucky to have you on their team. Keep up the fantastic work—I'll be recommending your company to everyone I know! Not only that, even after the replacement was delivered, you followed up - where most would have called it a day. “I ordered a stainless steel pot washing sink, which arrived exactly on time on Tuesday. It was missing a bolt, which proved no problem at all as the online chat rapidly transferred me to a very helpful person, who sent me spares which were with me by coffeetime on Thursday. It’s not the first time I’ve dealt with their customer service - they have previously been extremely helpful with rearranging a delivery for me. The products are also excellent quality steel and well made.”

“We ordered two double sliding door bottle coolers for the Club approaching a year ago. They’ve been a fantastic addition to our bar, providing far more efficiently laid-out and attractively presented product. Unfortunately, the locks have recently become a bit unreliable. Despite not being covered by the warranty, Abbie from the customer service team was able to immediately propose a free solution with replacements, including a video for easy fitting. In particular she knew that we would want to pay by BACS and made that very simple. She kept in touch during the process and did a great job. The delivery firm were also wonderful. Their driver Matt went above and beyond his responsibilities to help get the fridge into our clubhouse.”

“Sam was simply brilliant from placing the order until after it was delivered. There was a shipping delay out of her control, but she kept me informed and when I decided rather than wait longer ,when she was told about a further delay to the shipment arriving in the UK to change my order for another model already in the country, she sorted it out brilliantly and it was delivered within 48 hours. It’s better than the one I originally chose, fits perfectly in the space. Sam emailed me the day after it had been delivered to check it had arrived, how’s that for customer service! I cannot recommend them and her highly enough, if I could give 10 stars I would .”
