Empire Supplies was established in 2010 with our mission to supply high quality catering products at great, affordable prices. Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. “A great company to deal with. We mistakenly sent our delivery to the wrong school in our group and as it was too large for us to re-deliver ourselves, we had to organise a re-delivery. Abbie sorted this with exceptional communication throughout, even apologising for the cost of the re-delivery – it is rare to find this level of service We recently purchased from a competitor where we had a different problem which took ages to sort, and would have dragged on even longer if I hadn’t driven them to find and sort out a solution. Dealing with Empire has been a very different experience and it has encouraged me to recommend them as a regular supplier to our Catering manager. Abbie is a star!”

“The fridge looks great , just got to finish building the bar now😳.I changed my order last minute and Abbie was a great help I even got a bit of a refund. She kept me updated on the progress of my order and the delivery came the following day .The delivery driver waspolite and helpful also. “Great service and prompt delivery. Customer service from Abbie was very good. I put in the wrong delivery address and I noticed it the afternoon before delivery day. Abbie changed it very quickly and gave me all the information I needed in regards to delivery. She told me there was a two hour time slot and the driver called me as I was 5 mins away from the unit and kindly waited. All in all superb service, will use again!”

“Having mistakenly assumed the product was incomplete the grub screws had been inserted in the brackets and were not evidently visible. EMMA dealt with the problem and on checking the prep table prior to repacking for return we located the ‘missing’ screws. I have reported my original ‘review’ and can only apologise.”
