“I was very pleased to be able to get this as a free perk from my employers and I feel that it is going to be a great comfort in case I ever need to use it. I had it last year and thankfully I didn't need it but I had the benefit of the peace of mind.”

“Our phone call was handled professionally, the Tears Roadside Assistance vehicle arrived very promptly, the driver resolved our issue very quickly and was very polite and professional, we could not be happier with the service received.”

“I purchased cover via a discount voucher. It seems that Emergency Assist omitted to exclude vehicles over 10 years old from their initial offer (and mine is over 10 years old). However, they did honour the voucher, so good on them! Haven't had to use the breakdown service, so can't comment on this.”
