“Although I haven't had to call them out for a break down etc, sorting out the policy was easy, it a very good price and the documents were emailed to me very quickly”

“Searched online for breakdown, this come up as best for me in price and cover. I hope they are good and don't let me down if I ever need them. Easy to sign up online and secure payment.”

“I urgently needed them to come to my home because my car boot wasn't catching and I couldn't drive it because of course it would have flown open. I had to get my family back home as d grandson was at school next day. They absolutely refused to come, he said they don't do things like that and left me upset. I've cancelled because of it but they still took £10 off me. Make sure you read the small print first!”

“A very good money making process One signs up because the low cost attracts one. Then the bomb shell hits the customer with so many add ons VERY good cash maker for the company I shall think very hard before any customer advice to join”

“I have not had to use the service yet so am unable to rate and hope I will not need to. My partner is also insured with Emergency Assist and it was she who recommended you as being easy to enrol with. I was using her car to travel to Surrey and just needed the peace of mind provided with breakdown cover. Other organisations would not give cover for 48 hours and I was travelling the following day. Well done for giving instant cover as I am sure most people do not consider breakdown cover until they are about to undertake a long journey.”

“Would recommend to anyone looking for high level cover at bargain prices! Just renewed for my 2nd year & added another car to the policy. Parents, sister and the rest of the family ALL use Emergency Assist and have done so from the start. As a newby, I hope I don't have to use my cover but, so reassured that it is there if needed.”

“I called them out once when the alternator went, and the recovery happened very efficiently and quickly. As I was on my own that was a relief. We didn't bother to check other companies when we were due to renew. The price was very reasonable and we knew the service was good. Hopefully we won't need them this year!”

“I first bought Emergency Assist Breakdown last year through Groupon and paid £25.00 for the premium service and took the added extra miss fuel £7.00 and key cover £3.50 so £35.50 Intotal which is a great price to pay just for the peace of mind. Did not think I would have to use but a few weeks ago on the way home from a holiday my car would not start so called EA for assistance. It took a while for call to be answered but the service I received once through was very good. I had a recovery van and very friendly mechanic to me in 25 minuets, car fixed and checked over in minuets and on my way again. I just got my renewal at the same price as last year so have renewed. Great service for price.”
