“Dear Sir, Thank you for assisting me yesterday. Your prompt response was so meaningful to me. But it will be advisable, when sending a member of your staff out there to assist, you should give him all the necessary tools. My car suddenly refused to start after I have stopped for a moment , when the recovery vehicle arrived, we cranked the engine and it started but the management light was on. No tools to diagnose the problem. Thanks”

“Fantastic service, knowledgeable & courteous recovery technician. No arguments, no delays, just good customer service - what a refreshing change. Arrived within 90 mins of me phoning and took me straight home with bike on purpose built trailer. Highly recommended for the price.”

“pretty straightforward to do online. Clear pricing after a few facts were asked for. At £37 compared with Churchill's renewal offer of £60 it was a no brainer.”

“I only cover a small amount of miles per year now I have retired and what others are charging is far too expensive I have not called out a breakdown recovery service for over 20 years but no loyalty deal have been offered the same applies to my car and home insurance. So I was very pleased to only pay about half the price for this cover otherwise I would have done without. Thank you very much”
