“Two days ago I couldn’t start my car as the battery was flat. I did leave the lights on but they switches off automatically as soon as I lock it. So the lights weren’t on! Called to the company and was refused to help as an assistant said ‘It’s your fault’. I sorted it out with a stranger who pushed my car and the engine started. Today I couldn’t start my car again! I this time I definitely didn’t leave any lights on. Called to emergency assist and was refused to help because I reported about this issue two days ago and didn’t take the car to the garage. Well, your assistant told me it was because of the lights I left on!!! So I made sure I never leave them on anymore. It’s unbelievable.. they make you reassure that it’s all your fault and next time when you call them and tell that their assistant was wrong and now I have this problem again, they still insist it was all my fault!! I had extremely stressful two days. I just needed to start my engine today so I could drive it to the garage. My emergency assist company supposed to help me, that’s what I pay for! But everything they’ve done so far it’s added me more problems. Very, very disappointed! Would never recommend this company!”

“Not good I unfortunately renewed with them again. Big mistake the police is not worth the paper it's written on.I didn't need there help in the first year. But thus year I did. I was on a dark county road on my own rang them to say I thought my car was going to go up in flames I was shaking so much and was scared as black smoke was coming out. I found out after my spring had gone on my wheel. Which can go at any time. But I was told can't help you you have had a collision with a speed bump ring a insurance company. Please dont use this company so many good one's that will come straight out to help you. Iam now will AA please don't buy of Groupon like I did I think when they no you bought it through them they will do all they can not to come out to you.”

“Unable to comment on breakdown service as I have not had a breakdown. But when providing information on Groupon, you should advise customers that cars more than 10 years old will be charged more. This happened to me but I wasn’t aware until I had bought the groupon code.”
