“I purchased this for both my daughters as a gift 1 has used your service had trouble getting thru but did in the end and once she got thru fantastic she had a recovery truck to her within 30 mins and he was very helpful my other daughter had trouble activating it for some reason we contacted groupon who sent me a different link and we eventually got it sorted by using my email although it was gifted to her at her email but still brilliant love it highly recommend you service and great value aswell”

“Absolutely shocking service. My policy was automatically renewed when I 100% never gave continuous authority. Customer services kept hanging up the phone and did not want to help. Payment has been taken from my card. I will be taking this further.”

“The young man came out very quickly. Was very polite and done a very good job as was all on his own. He could of had better equipment but that was not his fault. Well Done ! Not sure of his name”

“I was unhappy that payment for the renewal of my policy was taken from my bank account on the day I was emailed saying the policy was due for renewal. Also the email did not say the payment had been taken, I only found out several days later when I contacted Emergency Assist. I was not aware that the policy would automatically renew, I have asked that this not happen next time.”

“Good cover at a reasonable price, but disappointed that when I ordered it I asked for cover for mine and my wife's car. When I received the documentation it covered only my car and I have to take out another policy to cover my wife's.”

“Although we had to choose our own garage destination when we had broken down.....the recovery was very quick, the driver being brilliant with helping us in all areas and we received a full discount of our onward travel fare very quickly indeed.....”
