“Within a hour and a half of first calling the breakdown service I was back on the road. During the waiting period I was kept up to date on when the driver/mechanic would be arriving. The driver/mechanic wasn't very communicative or forthcoming with what the problem was or how it could be solved but he did the job he was called out to do which was to jump start the engine so I could drive to the nearest garage. He was with me for 10 minutes and made sure the engine was running before he drove off. I was quite surprised and grateful that I received a follow up phone call, several hours later from the original operative that I first logged the breakdown call with. The mechanic did not give the correct diagnosis of the problem, which luckily for me wasn't as expensive.”

“Put this cover through the website several times with exactly the same details and each time it came back with a different price even though it was claiming 50% off the normal price. It cost me 48.28 for two vehicles to be covered. The next day I found Group On were selling the same cover for single vehicles at 19 pounds so I could have bought two 19 pound packages & saving over 10 pounds!! I have thankfully not had to use the service yet so I cannot comment upon the standard of call out.”
