“Very disappointed that when I rang to negotiate my new breakdown cover I was told that it would have to remain the same, but when I told the operator that you were offering a 10% discount on line I immediately got a reduction. This is happening time and time again and it is annoying that you do not look after your existing customers as well as the new ones you are trying to attract.”

“Got a message whilst away on holiday to say that you had been unable to take payment for my renewal. When I got home I realized that this was probably because I lost my debit card last year and it has been replaced with a new number. Phoned to sort this out. Person I spoke to was very clear (I am hard of hearing) and quickly processed the renewal using my new card over the phone.”

“Received an email with an attachment that said I'd cancelled the policy I have never cancelled the policy when I emailed you to tell you about the cancellation letter I never received a reply. My first renewal letter did not include my car details which you amended when I emailed them to you but I also received the policy cancellation letter too.It would of been nice to receive an apology for your mistake”

“We have used this service for a puncture once, the only criticism I would have is if the vehicle some how starts or repairs it self you have to pay if you cancel the call out, surely it makes sense if you no longer need there service they can move on to the next breakdown?”
