“Although I have cover, I have never had to call you out, so I'm unable to give a review of that service, however I do think it's very unfair I have just renewed my policy with you and if I have a breakdown within the 1st 48 hours I'm not covered even though my membership with you as been active for at least one year.”

“I had to wait 3 hours for assistance. No one called me to keep me updated so i had to keep calling for an update. Didnt even get apology once they arrived.”

“Your sub contracted sub contractor got me home. I think I was dirtier after travelling in his vehicle, which was slightly cleaner than a half full dust bin. If it had of been raining I would have been drenched, as the door closed but was still open at the top due to the damage on it, the gap at the top was big enough to put my fingers through. The last oil change was done on the passengers side floor. Anyway poor quality and not what I expected as a represtation of a professional organisation.”

“I broke down on a dark country road at night. Not a pleasant experience for a woman on her own! I was notified that assistance would be there within 40 minutes and the truck arrived within 20 minutes. The recovery guy was really helpful and friendly and did everything he could to get me back on the road. Unfortunately my car had to get towed in the end but I feel he really tried everything possible to fix my car.”

“I logged an emergency call at 12.20pm todsy. Its 4pm still waiting. Anthony took the call at 2.09pm on my follow up to call back and update. Still waiting. At 3.30pm Sam picked up the call and adjed me to hold on he needs to make enquiries and hung up. I am sitting in this freezing weather with my elderly mother since 12 O clock. I still have a long journey ahead. Now you decide if you want to be humiliated like this ?! .”

“Made an emergency call out at 12.25pm today. Its 3.45pm still waiting. Phoned twice for a follow up Anthony picked up to call back and update. No call backs teceived. Phoned after another hour, Sam took the call to say please hold on Ill check and hung up!! In this freezing temperature waiting with my elderly mother. You decide if you want to go ahead with this humiliation?!!!”

“Recently Emergency Assist took over 2Gether breakdown cover. They attempted to collect my premium with no advice of the amount due, did not answer my phone calls and ignored my e-mail. I have now purchased cover from another company”
