“Taking out the policy was nice and straightforward and it looks like good value. I've used this company before but have never yet needed to make a claim. The fact that I haven't been able experience that crucial aspect of their service is the only reason that I didn't give 5 stars. I have no reason to doubt them, however, but felt it wasn't appropriate to assume.”

“Luckily I haven't had to call for help yet so I can only review the price in comparison to the other major breakdown services. Their price is more than competitive and this year I took out the additional NCD cover which means I can get a cheaper insurance premium.”

“Only just joined via Groupon. Obviously I've not used the breakdown service yet but on my first initial thoughts was that Emergency Assist does not have an app which in today's age is rather draconian. I was with rac previously so it will be interesting to see how it pans out.”
