“Got here before they said they would. Nice friendly mechanic that got motor running but still gave me a tow home(just in case) mechanic gave me some good advise. All in all a good experience”

“Not a bad experience as such .I just cannot rate any higher than a 1 as I have been asked for review feedback within72 hours of buying an insurance policy which is never tested until you need it. Pointless asking for feedback at this stage. Purely humouring you by replying. I am READY now for the future bombarding of additional emails selling and asking me for things. "sigh"”

Mr Crowe, Thank you for your feedback. Whilst we do ask for feedback initially, the invitation to do so states that it might be claim related or if not to do with the purchasing process to ensure what you required was to hand or any improvements we can make. We hope we never have to, but we do also contact clients post claim for feedback, as you will be able to see from some of the reviews. Rest assured we shall not be contacting you. “Raymond, the driver of the recovery vehicle could not have been more helpful. Having recovered my broken down vehicle, he drove me to his depot, where he kept my car safe overnight. He then lent me a car to drive to my overnight hotel. In the morning he met me at the garage I had asked to car to be taken to, at the time specified. Delivered by breakdown to them then loaded the car he had lent me onto his truck. He was 100% helpful and friendly throughout the operation. I could not fault him. If I had to make one negative comment it was that I had to call cack when no one had arrived after 90 minutes, at which time I was told why there was a short further delay. Recovery was actually effected after 105 minutes, so just outside the estimated time.”

“I got the quote on 2 comparison sites but in both cases the 2Gether web site came up with an error. As the quote was the best I tried and got through on the phone the second time. The link they then give you for your documents does show anything when you look?? So I guess I will have to wait and see how they perform if I make a claim.”

“Having purchased the breakdown cover I was a little sceptical but hopeful I wouldn't have to use it. Unfortunately my clutch went and I needed to be taken to a garage the service was friendly and efficient I was informed a recovery truck would be with me within 90 mins it was. I was phoned by the recovery company they asked which garage I would like to go and the driver upon arrival was friendly. Really good service from all involved thank you.”

“Right from the start of the call requesting breakdown service, i had spoke to James who was friendly and very helpful, then the recovery driver turned up early and again was extremely helpful, also being originally from my neck of the woods, he was very friendly towards myself and wife, and even recommended places to visit whilst here, before the vehicle was fixed... I will recommended yourselves to family and friends for the service provided. many thanks Lloyd”

“Don't think i have ever spoken to such a courteous and lovely customer service team. The breakdown guy was also helpful and on-time. Extremely happy and would highly recommend. Just hope that i do not need to call them again, but if i do, i have every faith in them.”

“Getting signed up and getting the documents through was simple and efficient; however, I tried the breakdown number (I wanted to test it to see if it worked). The man I spoke to was surly and quite rude, I very nearly cancelled.”

“I was paying extremly higher from my last provider the only difference is its not for me to use in another car so i set up 2 polices an still loads cheaper . Very happy.”
