“I was given a reasonable E T A the mechanic was very cooperative in explaining what he was going to do. Once the job was done I was able to take my car to have a new tyre fitted all within 40 minutes of his arrival.”

“I haven't needed to call upon you yet and hope not to need to, particularly as, even on the platinum breakdown cover, as s breakdown that you attend due to an accident will incur an extra fee of £80 or £90, according to the smallprint. Surely this should be included, with a bare minimum of recovery from a motorway following a collision, without clobbering customers with an extra fee! Very surprising and disappointing to discover this in the small print.”
