“Hi I was expecting some sort of conformation , an email or some type which at least outlined the Policy with may be an emergency contact number or something, as yet I have no idea what we are suppose to do should we breakdown. That said when I purchased the said policy my computer was playing up so may be after payment I may have missed additional information. Can you assist please? Many Thanks Colin.”

“I experienced problems with the go compare site, so rang in, young man on phone very able and pleasant, sorted out my quote and got me what i wanted. No issues.”

“Cover confirmed on email, no documents at all with call out numbers etc sent to home address. Chased this twice, but still nothing - I'm used to receiving something to put in my car with the details we need for an emergency.”
