“Want to do good and bad points. Good - Haven't had to use the service yet (touch wood) but kept cost same as last year. Bad - My cover last year was with 2Gether. The communication that Emergency Assist had merged with 2Gether wasn't clear. I had to ring up and ask what was happening as I'd never heard of EA before. I was very surprised I didn't block my 'renewal' email from EA as it was a company I'd never heard of and could very easily have been one of the numerous spam emails I get.”

“Easy process to join online and at the right price. Have not had to use breakdown wise hence the 4/5 star. Documents received promptly on-line and no problems with the admin service. Will renew next year without a doubt if the price is right”

“I was not advised by the mechanic who attended to jump start my car that I must take my car to the garage to get the battery changed, as far as I was concerned, the problem was fixed. When I called back again approximately 1 month later for the same problem, I was told I would be charged £90+ for the call out as I had not taken my car to the garage after the first instance. As a lay person, I had no idea that was necessary, as far as I was concerned, the car had been fixed at the roadside. I have written to complain, but 21 days later I am still awaiting a response.”

“I've had the policy for a very short time and have not had to make a call out. Therefore I'm am unable to make a valid judgement. However all correspondence and cost of policy seem to be ok so far...”

“ADVERTISED ON GROUPON LAST YEAR AND TOOK UP THEIR OFFER AND THEY KINDLY E-MAILED WHEN MY COVER NEEDED TO BE RENEWED AND THE COST WAS LOWER THAN LAST YEAR!! ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED”
