“My only concern is the amount of time it took me to get through to your customer service. I tried on four different occasions, each time I was put in a Que but when the phone rang no one answered and I was put back in the Que. Over the four occasions I was on hold for nearly an hour. This is not a goog customer service. When I did get through your operator was very good, very efficient and very professional.”

“Got through and spoke to a friendly man, explained I couldn't get my car started, had a text within 10 mins to tell me they would be less in an hour, engineer came started my car and off I went, great service, highly recommend.”

“the only time I called you out in three years, you did not respond. Even, when I tried to renew my cover, I had long waits and customer services did not seems to appreciate the custom.”

“I can only comment on setting up my breakdown and renewing it which for me was quite easy and quick to do. I've been very lucky and haven't had to use my cover but if I have to hopefully will get a good response”

“Very long time on hold when I phoned. Once I was connected the call handler was very helpful. I would be concerned if there was this much delay if I had needed roadside assistance though I am not sure if there is a different number to call and if the waiting time would be quicker”
