“A week after I took out cover, documents still not received and not so much as a confirmatory email telling me what my policy number is. If I have an accident at present, I would have no idea who to contact. I am effectively paying for nothing until I get the paperwork. Compared to all other insurance companies I deal with, this is lame.”

Mr Prest, Thank you for your feedback. The documents are automatically sent at the point of purchase but can inadvertently reside in spam/jun folders due to over eager filters. Mr Todd, Of the two emails received, one will have contained the information for you to login into your account and retrieve the documents if required, whilst the other would have contained said documents as attachments, one of which being the schedule of cover outlining the requested information. “it took a little while to get the right amount of discount I got but it eventually got the right amount as for the service I have never used it before so until I need it or have to use it I have a open mind on the service lets hope that I don't need the service but if I do it is quick and efficient”
