“I had difficulty after buying a Voucher from a Company for Emergency Assist as the link failed to work, however after contacting them direct they sent a working link within a minute, I hope I won't have to use the service but the price was superb.”

“I was stranded on a camp site with car that would not start, suspected battery failure, had been to Halfords day before and told battery in good condition. 3 grandchildren with me the next day non starter, called out emergency assist who got my car started for me, arrived home straight to garage and required new battery, so thanks very much.”

“I had a flat tyre & you agreed to take me to a local garage that did the original tyre rather than do a temp. repair & leave me to make my own way (nervous lady driver). Fast efficient, kind & courteous”

“Tried to take out 2 policies with this company, had problems and couldn't get any help from them. So I only hope there breakdown staff are better than the office staff.”
