I was initially a little wary when the agent I spoke to was a little unfriendly but her parting was better so I felt reassured. The breakdown company were a reputable local company and the mechanic was smart, polite and arrived in good time. The mechanic seemed thorough with his assessment before recovering it to a garage of my choice.

I haven't used it as yet as only took out the policy yesterday. However the process of joining on the internet was very straightforward. I also rang as I had a query and the person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I read the reviews on line and on the whole they were pretty good. The cover was so much cheaper than other quotes I had so I am hoping it will be OK.

Quick simple phone call to enable the breakdown to be reported. Helpful staff which made it very reassuring and hassle free. Quick and efficient reaponse.

Friendly staff on the phone, helpful as I didn't have my account information but they were able to work with what I knew. Was left on hold for some time though, and the automated message that plays before you're connected is extremely long. The actual recovery time to my vehicle was very long, about 1 hour 30 minutes, though I do appreciate that at commuting time this can be expected. The service I received from the recovery company was fine in terms of quality, though the driver was quite rude, sexist and at times didn't behave professionally.

broke down, got picked up, taken to a local garage who did their best to get me back on the road. I didn't use my options of being taken somewhere as I was on holiday. Response time good and the voice on the phone was accommodating.

Why do I have to ask you to email me my policy documents because I bought through a comparison site? Why haven't you still not emailed them? What if I broke down. I've paid for a service which I'm not getting.

Mr WIlkinson, Thank you for your comments. We can see from our delivery system that these have indeed been sent, and delivered, to you twice. Once at 8:16pm on 3rd August and again at 4:03pm on 4th August. Neither occasion were these opened. Irrespective of whether these are opened or received your cover would be in place, and you would have been able to call upon the service if required, as per the copies and details that were presented to you on the confirmation page upon completion of payment. I made a home start callout at 11.27am yesterday. I was advised due to a busy period someone will be with me in 90 mins. I was very understanding about the situation. I again called back at 1.30pm, 2hrs later and was advised rudely that the updated time is 2.30pm. I said that's 3 hrs and the approx waiting time on the website is 45mins but I do understand unforseen circumstances. I stressed I had no calls or updates about the situation. She was sure someone will be with me by 2.30pm but was not advised about the drivers whereabouts. I again rang at 3.15pm because no one had arrived. I was advised there is someone on route and will be there by 3.30ish. That made me furious, that's 4 hrs!!! I've had breakdown for over 17yrs and never had such a bad experience and poor service. The driver arrived and said "I'm sorry I don't know much about Saab and I was told to do a tyre change. I need to call my mechanic" I specifically rang for a home start. At this point I did not want him to touch my car, he didn't even try to jump start it. I called my local mechanic who was now free to come out and he plugged his battery meter and said the battery is dead. He also checked after starting my car that the alternator was fine. A whole day wasted waiting.

BUYING THE BREAKDOWN COVER ONLINE WAS EASY AND THIS IS TO REPLACE EXISTING BREAKDOWN COVER ONCE IT HAS EXPIRED. I HAVE HAD NO REASON TO CALL OUT ANY SERVICES PREVIOUSLY BUT HOPEFULLY IF REQUIRED 2GETHER MOTOR BREAKDOWN WILL BE THERE TO HELP

The service was great. The mechanic very polite and helpful. The only reason I give the service only 3 stars is that I was told I would have to wait one hour, however it took nearly two hours before help arrived.
