“When I telephone to say my car was not starting I was told someone would be with me in about 60 - 90 but they actually arrived within 30 minutes. He was very professional and put jump leads on my battery but it worked out it was not my battery but a fuel consumption issue, he offer to take my car to nearest garage but I declined and said I would contact the garage myself as they do not have parking outside so it would have been difficult to take my car, the garage have agreed to collect my car.”

“I bought a policy last year through a voucher website, just so I had some cover. The premium was really cheap & I thought it was going to be too good to be true if I needed it. Low & behold I had a breakdown at home & called... the service was fantastic! I wasn’t with my car but I had someone at home. I was notified of timescale etc by SMS. The battery was flat, they sourced a new one & fitted it. I was given a 2 year warranty. I have since renewed my policy for another year. No hesitation in recommending.”

“I reported my car broken down they were under the impression that the car had broken down before I took out the cover with you and wanted to charge me £92.00 So now it’s your loss I’ve cancelled it and gone with Greenflag who came out and got my car started because it had a flat battery.”
