“This my second renewal year.fortunately I have not - to date - had to call on your emergency breakdown service. Your correspondences regarding my renewal have been first class though.speedy,e mails sent out before renewal date.little jargon and beurocracy. Thank you keep it up.”

“We have just taken out our second policy with Emergency Assist. Touch wood we haven't had to use their services yet, but its great knowing they are there in case of a breakdown. We got a great deal through Wowcher and cover options helped to tailor it to our needs. So far so good!”

“we had not long bought the insurance when out shopping the car broke down,we called emergency assist and in no time we were picked up ,a loan car provided and able to get home with the shopping. very happy, that's why we have renewed the cover thank's for the service you offer...”
