First time with your company buying on line was simple and fast was with another company for years oniy used it twice second time was last year service and attitude shocking the assurance that you do not share any details was reassuring thank you x

This is my first policy taken out with 2gether Motor Breakdown. The policy was very competitively priced for the cover offered. Peace of mind for the coming year.

I purchased breakdown cover from 2gether but so far have not had any emails, confirmation, paperwork or proof that I actually have cover yet. Loads of spam emails from Gocompare though which I guess I can read if I breakdown.

The longest time I have ever had to wait for breakdown service in almost half a century of motoring. I contacted at approx 09:30hrs, but heard no more intil around 11:20 hrs when another co called Edgertons kindly phoned to say that they were being sent by you. He arrived at 11:45 hrs and completed in v short time around 5mins. The form he got me to sign, said that 10:45 was his time of arrival but it was 11:45. I am sure this error was only due to the fact that clocks should have been forwRded the previous weekend, but I would like you note that the actual time on the sheet is 1 hr behind the actual time odf day BST. When I first made contact your person said you were "manic" because of bank holiday. Yet the bank holiday was Monday and it was Wednesday when I contacted you. Did you mean you still had customers waiting at roadsides who had contacted you 2 days beforehand? When the mechanic arrived he had travelled 87 miles from Stafford he told me. I dont think you should accept subsrcriptions from customers if you cannot provide service in their area or within reasonable distance.

This is the first time I have taken breakdown cover, and I have received excellent service to date. The policy and terms were emailed immediately. One question I had was resolved over the phone very satisfactorily. The cost for Uk cover for two cars was considerably cheaper than other breakdown services. So far so good

Tried to canel policy 5 minutes after paying £30 for breakdown and was told there would be a £10 admin fee. Rip off.

Mr Aust, Thank you for your comments. Our terms and conditions, which you have to adhere to before evening obtaining an initial quotation, make clear that within 14 days if cancelled we will charge a £10 fee. Costs are still incurred by us in setting up a policy, irrespective of time on cover, so hence why this is the case. Regards 2Gether Motor Breakdown Team

Very pleased with price of breakdown cover, easy to navigate the site it took me under 10 mins to arrange, I will be recommending 2gether to Family and Friends

Administration side is terrible have emailed a number of times for my policy documents but not got them or a reply so I am sceptical About how good the breakdown side wood be if I need to call on it

Have just purchased breakdown insurance, Excellent value, very easy website to use, email sent immediately with all documents. I hope I never need to use it, and I hope the breakdown service is as efficient as purchasing.
