“Sadly the only time I needed help was when your phones went down for a few days. If I had been further from home I would not have renewed. However, I have renewed my cover in the hope that this will not happen again or that you have now provided some emergency cover in that event.”

“I’m unhappy that my membership is auto renewed 1 week before it’s due! The choice to renew should be mine. Also, I like to have it renew on the same date as my car insurance but now it doesn’t as it’s a week too early.”
