“The guy who dealt with my call was clear, friendly and helpful. He was honest about hoe long it would take and kept me informed. The guy who came out found the problem quickly and offered to repair my tyre for a small fee or take me to a garage. I chose the former znd was back on the road 20 minutes later.”

“The value for money appears excellent. My only negative comments would be the frustrations when trying to locate and then navigate the website, particularly when eventually able to log in. I couldn't find the details of my add-ons etc, and had to phone direct. All that said, I am happy.”

“It came to my renewal and the price went up but I rang you to say I could get it cheaper but wanted to stay with you and you bought the price within about £ 2 pounds so I took it out for another year .”

“Of course my car has not broken down so I cannot speak of response to a breakdown I can however say that I made my decision not on price but on what was on offer, one part was excess protection on my car insurance. I was also very pleased with the way it was dealt with on line. No hassle no problem.”
