“was feeling highly stressed due to breakdown, however lady on end of telephone was superb all done and dusted without any hassle. recovery guy attended mega quickly which was top class and took time to explain that I didn't need to go with him to garage and that keys would be safely posted through letter box with photographic evidence.”

“I have used Emergency Assist for 1 year and I have renewed my multi-car policy. One car didn't need a call out but the other had no call outs the year prior, but has been called out on 4 occasions last year! Each time their recovery agents were able to come out within 45 mins to an hour, dependant on workload and resolve the problem or were able to toe the car to a local garage. Great value for money. At these prices it's not worth taking the risk of having no breakdown cover at all. Other branded competitors, bar you if you have a number of call outs at renewal, but Emergency Assist don't. Keep up the good work!”
