“Fantastic from start to finish. We had our house with emoov for over 3 months, who managed to get a handful of viewings and no serious interest, and advised us to drop the price. Then we met with George at Elizabeth Davenport, highlights were the superior pictures, literature and being property of the week. Within a week we had had over 7 viewings and had 2 serious offers, we accepted over the asking price and were delighted. Excellent service throughout, nothing is too much trouble. Recommended to friends.”

“I would strongly recommend Elizabeth Davenport estate agents to sell a property. The team are all very knowledgeable, diligent, professional and committed to providing a high quality service to their clients. Further, this was done with warmth, patience and good humour which is what you require during the process. They were never pushy, which can be commonplace in the world of property sales. During the process I dealt mainly with George Hartshorn, Managing Director and Jo Spencer, Sales Negotiator. George pays great attention to detail when producing the photos, floor plans and general summary of your property's features. He then provides quality marketing materials to get you the best results possible. This proved very fruitful as the house sold within a day of the viewings due to the level of interest generated. My point of contact then as the sale progressed was Jo. She has a wealth of experience in property sales. Jo negotiated the house sale very successfully on my behalf and it was pleasure to deal with her. Moreover, she advised me to use the conveyancing team at Ward and Rider solicitors. This was sound advice. The team of Andrew Hunter, Solicitor and his very capable assistants, Hayley and Shazia were First class. They were very competent, speedy and efficient. The unique selling point of Elizabeth Davenport is that they offer a very high quality level of service which makes selling your property from start to finish painless, smooth and straightforward.”

“The best estate agency we’ve used! Superb service at a very reasonable price. From the outset Elizabeth Davenport were knowledgeable and reliable. They gave sound advice and listened carefully to our preferences. We were consulted at every step of the selling process. They thought outside the box on marketing, resulting in us achieving the price we wanted within a very short space of time. The after sales care we received could not have been more thorough. Shelina phoned us with weekly updates. Early on, it became clear that the team were very much on the ball, and we could leave it in their capable hands. The fact that we did not have to enquire on progress once meant it took all the stress out of the process – invaluable and very much appreciated. We would wholeheartedly recommend Elizabeth Davenport!”

“We bought a property marketed by Elizabeth Davenport Estate Agents - and overall it has been a positive experience. Joanne, our contact person for this sale, has been very helpful and communicated promptly both with us and the vendors. Before agreeing on the property ended up buying, we viewed a number of other properties from ED. Their portfolio is definitively above average in Coventry, and the properties they market appear to be in better standard than those of other Coventry estate agents. This is not to say that everything was perfect: In one instance, Elizabeth Davenport caused us to be stood up by a vendor when they did not get an appointment confirmed (and did not tell us about it). But this was a small hiccup in our way to buying a property. Communication by e-mail works well, and the agents are accessible by phone as well - if they can't take your call, they will call you back reasonably quickly. We're not planning to go back on the market anytime soon, but if we did, we would definitively consider Elizabeth Davenport.”

“We found that as purchasers our experience dealing with Elizabeth Davenport was positive throughout the buying process. They strived to keep us informed and updated at all times and staff were always professional and helpful. Although they were appointed by our vendors they also made us feel as they were working with us in order to achieve a seamless house purchase. They made the buying process for our family far less stressful than it could have been. Would highly recommend using Elizabeth Davenport in the future and would certainly use them if we were selling (although we are now very happy and settled in our new property).”

“We used Elizabeth Davenport to sell my mothers bungalow for me. They are far and away better than any other estate agents we have dealt with and as my husband is in property we have used a lot. From the initial meeting through to completion they were professional, friendly and more importantly on the ball.
