“Hello Mark and all staff, Apologies for the delay in thanking you for a very efficient and friendly service when you sold my father in law's home in Frankton Avenue Coventry. I have moved quite a few times myself, also sold and renovated a few houses and retail/commercial properties I owned, therefore have used the services of different agents over the years and can therefore say that you would be 1st on my list to sell a property for me if I sell in the future and would highly recommend your agency! “There are numerous agents to choose from however I felt comfortable immediately upon meeting Mark and felt he understood my requirements and priced my property well. I had a sensible offer within 3 weeks. As so often happens with sales, mine was not without frustration which was the length of time my proposed buyer was taking to move towards completion. However, the staff at Elizabeth Davenport were on the ball and chased progress regularly. I must give a special thank you to Yvonne at this point as she was really efficient. Overall, very happy with the service and I've already recommended Elizabeth Davenport to friends.”

“When I sold last March I had a number of agents value my property. Although Elizabeth Davenport fees were a little higher than most, they all but promised me the highest sale price possible. “This was our 3rd experience with Elizabeth Davenport, having bought one property, and subsequently sold 2, to be honest we wouldn't choose any other agent in the area. The photographs that George takes, are truly stunning, never stretched, and very clear and in focus, a definite bonus compared with other companies, the way the sales brochure is presented, combined with an easy to use and informative website, and motivated, professional staff at the sales office, certainly helped us self both our properties very quickly, and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Elizabeth Davenport to anyone, and everyone who is thinking of putting their properties up for sale. “Mark from ED was far more impressive than the other estate agents I had value my house. Nonetheless I was a little put off by ED's higher charge for their services. I had nothing to worry about: they sold my house, for significantly over asking price, in less than a week. I couldn't recommend ED more highly.”

“After nearly a year of trying to sell our unusual house via another estate agent, during which time two offers were made and accepted but not followed through, we asked Elizabeth Davenports to try also to sell the house, having been recommended to use them by our daughter. They achieved a sale in a matter of weeks - perhaps because they had a client on their waiting list looking for a property like ours - whatever it achieved what we wanted: a completed sale and at a better price than the two offers referred to above. No complaints there!”

“We have used Elizabeth Davenports Estate Agents twice, and on both occasions found them to be brilliant. Mark's photography of our property on both occasions was outstanding. They kept us informed with regular updates at all times, and their approach was very professional. We wish to thank the whole team there, for helping us through very stressful times on both sales. “Agents advertised property with professionalism. All appointments very agreed verbally in advance and followed up with text confirmation. After viewings all viewers were phones to obtain feedback. My house was sole in the first 10 days and EliAbeth Davenport supported any queries and chased up solicitor until sale was complete. I would definitely recommend them to others”

“I found all staff at estate agents were friendly and very helpful nothing was to much trouble I was going through family deaths at the time and found once they were aware of my personal situation they were amazing !! Would highly recommend this company to any one considering buying or selling .The personal touch and warmth from the staff at all levels was brilliant and made my life so much easier while going through some terrible personal traumas they were all kind and very helpful”

“Having being on the market for almost a year with 2 other estate agents, I cannot praise Elizabeth Davenport enough. The difference in their approach was fantastic, the photos and brochure they prepared were very professional. I was genuinely surprised at what a difference there was. Straightaway we had plenty of quality viewings and had an offer within 4 weeks of just under the asking price. Communication was excellent from viewings through to sale, I was kept informed constantly and the sale went through very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth Davenport. “From the onset I was impressed from initial contact and helpful information offered which was poor from some other estate agents I tried I found the staff team to be Professional polite and efficient which insured a quick sale. I particularly liked the quality photos taken and used in all selling material for my home in Allesley Green”
