“Polite and helpful staff. I booked my two tyres via Elite website, and for the second time they weren't there on the date. So had to go back the next afternoon, which was a pain as one of my tyres had a hole in and was going down fast! It was explained that they can't see this on the system, perhaps an adjustment on this is needed. The service I received though was very good, will return.”

“I took my car to the local Elite garage in Mannings Heath when a tyre was damaged by a pot hole. I could see the team were under severe pressure as a result of the numbers of people seeking their services without notice. The team appeared to keep control of the overall situation and managed it well. I was happy with the speed that the diagnosis of the problem took and subsequent resolution. I would certainly use them again.”

“Work done well and at a reasonable cost. However, I had to make three return journeys as despite being told to come back at a certain time / they could not fit me in - which cost me extra time and money.”

“I had a emergency puncture repair done on a Saturday morning. When they were quite busy and shortly closing at lunchtime. Fitted me ,did a good job, cost reasonable. Another star if they accepted ladies have cars and provided a few magazines to read whilst waiting, other than magazines on car tyres!!!”

“The online booking was easy, and MoT was performed at the price quoted and within the booked time slot in the middle of the day. It is good that we can now pay by card in this bit of the garage rather than the old system where previously we had to go to the filling staion shop. The staff could do with thinking on the possibility of signage to the parking further back, keeping the forecourt clearer, rather than assuming a customer would know of it, and in how they greet people - the look I got and grumpy attitude at book in did not incline me to feel my custom was in any way welcome. Things were slightly better at pick up, but still the idea that that they might be civil to someone handing over money seemed alien.”

“Booking appt no problem, arrived at booking time of 10.00 arrived back to garage around 12.00 but only just started repair waited around left at around 1.30 not the best. However the staff were good, the repair was good and the price very good.”
