“Great service , helpful and really professional staff !!! The only thing was the guys was understaff and really busy just few members on full garage which extend my waiting time for flat tire to nearly 5 hours even with appointment !!!”

“Had to wait 1 and a half hours in spite of dropping off tyre a few hours before.Not impressed with staff at Haywards Heath apart from admin person.”

“I have been having services and repairs done by Elite Walmer for several years. By far my garage of choice, I have always been pleased with the work and the customer service. Prices are reasonable and I trust Dave and the team to only do what is needed. More than happy and I am sure I will return again and again.”

“This is new garage in Shaftesbury, I left my car for MOT and engine oil replacement. When I book it, I asked for a price and was told that they will charge me £120 in total (£40 Mot, £80 for oil) but at the end I paid £160. No information about oil density etc (that’s what I had on previous services when changed oil). The general service was ok, friendly staff but I’m not sure why I was charged more than was told. Unfortunately, had no time to go back and ask for explanation. Will call them after Easter.”

It appears that the lower price was for an MOT & oil and filter change only. The actual work completed was an MOT and an interim service, which is why the price was higher. “Very efficient fast solution to my slow puncture. Felt reassured with advice. I realise it was late in the day and maybe reception team were tired and had a bad day….. but a warm smile and would have been more welcoming and been a 5 star service.”

“I have been taking my car to Elite Canterbury (Kent) continuously for the last 11 years and the service has been faultless. Never once have I ever left the premise feeling that I have paid for work that didn't need to be done, and never once have I ever been spoken to in a patronising or condescending manner. I have only ever been treated with respect and professional courtesy, and that's why I continue to take my car back year after year. Thank you to Ian, Peter and the team. Auds!!”
