“Staying with son-in-law the area. As no needed breaks checked due to problems on journey down from Wales … I could not be more impressed with the service I received . They advised me iwhat was wrong and what was needed and the cost before going ahead. Work was done within a day and I was able to drive home safely . My son used this garage and trusts them to be direct and honest which i found to be the case. Many thanks.”

“I had an MOT on Saturday 7-8-21 at dominion road Bmth. 1. The mechanic thought he had a right to change the radio channel while working on my car and I couldn’t change it back to the preferred station 2. I returned home with a rattle on my car to find there was something dragging under the car. I had to call my recovery company to fix this which cost me £25 . A cover had been left unbolted under the car. Clearly the mechanic was in a rush to leave work for his Saturday night out. How dangerous is this approach to a responsible Job? I will not be using Elite again. I have used them for quiet a few years with different cars and found them satisfactory . Not any more I’m afraid.”

“I would say 1 star is even a compliment. I got charged for looking at my car for £54. Which I didn’t get told about. I only really went in there to get my MOT done. I just asked the lady if they could have a look why my car was over heating and she said okay. Not telling me I was going to get charge. And then I get told what needed to be done just before I paid and a person called Dave or David. Said it was £610 to repair everything. I looking into it all and he was going to charge me £305+ VAT when I found the part for £30 from East Kent parts. And he told me he looked around and couldn’t find the part anywhere except for the dealership. I’ve never bought parts by myself but as this price was huge and my girlfriends brother does other mechanical things he helped me look for the piece and found it. I really wish I could go and talk to the owner about what happened because it was the terrible experience. It was the first time I thought as it was more convenient I would change garage for once but was a terrible decision. I don’t feel like I should’ve been charge £54 without getting told there was a charge. And had a good explanation why Dave tried to charge me more than £300 the price of the part I found.”

“I’ve been going to Elite garage now for 10 years and I’ve been very pleased with the work and the Curtis employees but this week I took it in to have the AC fixed they charge me £60 and then the next day it went hot again he said to me you probably got a leakSo why didn’t they fix the leak before they filled it with gas now I’ve got to go back and waste more time Best wishes Steve Thompson”
