“A container of oil was left in my boot without my knowledge and it leaked. They had the wrong spark plugs and had to get new ones so the whole process took a long time.”

“Elite fitted me in promptly after I had hit a kerb and suspected that I put my front wheel alignment out. Andy in reception was very helpful and the price for putting my tracking right was very reasonable”

“Not overly impressed. They have had my vehicle for 2 weeks tomorrow. To repair 2 small dents on 1 panel. Cannot comment on work as I do not possess the car. I have phoned about the vehicle . The staff were unapologetic on the phone.”

“Excellent service. I went in expecting to have to get a new tyre, and they diagnosed they could cary out a repair that would last the remaining life of the tyre saving me a considerable amount of money. Will definitely return when I need new tyres”

“Dropped my car when I was visiting Brighton for the weekend as my serpentine belt and tensioner gave up just as we were getting into the city. They diagnosed the problem and turned it around really quickly and for a very reasonable fee. Really pleased with the outcome and would definitely go back.”
