“When my tyre failed within a week of going elsewhere, I took it straight to Elite Garages in Mannings Heath - they were brilliant! At no cost, they diagnosed a puncture on the side wall (that the other place had missed) put my spare on for me and took the wheel to get a new tyre ordered and fitted. 2 days later I went back in and they popped my wheel back on, I paid for just the tyre, and I was back on the road again within 20mins, on a busy Monday afternoon. Accommodating, friendly, quick and efficient!! Will always use and recommend Elite - I trust them!!”

“I am always full of praise for this garage which always does an excellent job with my tiers/exhausts etc. This time they filled my AC and did it in a good timely fashion. Unfortunately this time as I was checking my oil/water etc before a long journey, the next day, I saw two loose plastic caps in the cill under the bonnet. which I suspect would have been lost on the intended journey. It appeared that they had not been put back after the AC fill. I checked with them on the way to London that day and was advised as to where they went and I screwed them over the AC access points as they should have been. Normally I would give 5 out of 5 and would have done so again but for this slip up.”

“I just want to say a BIG thank you to Elite garages. On Friday before the bank holiday, my granddaughter had an appointment with another garage for a retest for her car's MOT. She arrived a few minutes late due to being stuck behind a bin lorry in heavy traffic. They refused to do it even though she explained that she was booked on the 6am ish boat the next morning. We went to Elite garages and they fitted her in, even though it was past 2pm. Thank you so much for saving the day - we will remember that.”
