“I got a flat tyre whilst driving today. Went in without an appointment as the tyre had completely ripped. The guys were friendly and more than happy to help. New tyre fitted in no time. I will be returning when the car is due for a service. Thank you so much.”

“My tyre warning light was on before my visit. Two new tyres were purchased. Before I left I was told the light would go out the next time the car was started. It didn't. I went back only to be told that the value sensor was broken and it would cost £75 to replace. Why this was not checked when the car was first presented ? As it could have easily been fixed. Very disappointed”

“My car was sent in for a Gold Service and some additional items. After the Service most of the additional items had not been commenced and as i drove along the highway a few hours later my rear wheel fell off as the nuts had not been affixed Elite finally collected the car fRom Bicester and took several days to return it to me. There was no apology and no credit for the work not previously paid for, I had to pay a considerable amount of money to Get Myself back to Bournemouth, The garage offered no compensation. There were several expensive recommendations after the service for work That should be done I have since had my care checked by both RAC and AA and Both said such work is Unnecessary , There was a problem with the cooling system, Elite wanted about 800 pounds to Fix it saying it needed a new radiator. It was a problem with a pump and cost 185 pounds to replace . I have now passed all the paperwork to my lawyer for further action and recovery of my costs caused By elites failure to carry out the work correctly”

“Had my car MOT and the online appointment booking was again not living up to expectations. I booked and then had to ring up the garage to book again so it’s probably worth bothering with online booking. The chap who manned the phone Luke always seemed to answer the phone promptly; was always helpful and polite. One thing however - I had been told someone would call me at a certain time to let me know if if there’s a problem. I called couple hours after and was told the MOT failed and needed some parts. Luckily there was enough time for the parts to be delivered in same day so it was put right and I got my MOT in the same day. It’d be a bore to have to bring the car back the next day only because someone failed to get in touch as promised!”
