“I have had problems with a run flat tyre driver side rear tyre which I bought from Elite Garages but they do not seem to be able to sort out why the pressure keeps going down every few days . I took it there on 13 January to ask them to check the tyre but they checked the passenger rear tyre which is the wrong one . I have been there 5 times now . They said there is no puncture and the valve is ok, so, it must be a faulty tyre. I bought 2 new front tyres on 13 January and did the alignment as well . I think the staff are very incompetent . If I knew they are so bad , I wouldn’t have used the garage .”

“Visited to have 2 new tyres fitted. Although Elite operates a 'first come, first served' policy I was lucky & was able to drive straight into the fitting bay. The fitter was friendly & professional, taking his time to fully explain things including realignment of the front wheel before/after taking appropriate action - overall he was excellent & for that reason, I thoroughly recommend Elite Garages. The office manager did point out that I would have saved myself money if I had bought direct, rather than via a motoring organisation, so buyer beware!!”

“I paid over £1000 for a premium service at Haywards Heath. I even asked if the wheelbearings could be checked as there was excessive noise. I was assured no issues and the car passed. Since the it has cost me over £2000. Firstly to replace the alternator as the pulleys had not been checked. Then the DPF needed toping up. Had not been checked. Finally both front wheel bearings had to be replaced as they were so dangerous. The new mechanic said it was dangerous to drive and should not have passed the MOT. I have written to Elite but grey have declined to respond so now need to take it further”
