“Quick service, great communication, fair price. I had a problem where the clutch cable was fitted wrong and it was difficult to drive but the Manager of the branch quickly called my nearest branch in Southampton and sorted the issue.”

“I had my brakes fitted here the other day. I’ve always been worried about going to mechanics and having them overprice me or expect me to know nothing as a female, but I told them I had the parts and just needed a fitting and they were very good for their price! Brilliant service, I will definitely go to them again!”

“I called for advice and then took my Land Rover down to check what was needed to be ordered to fix the brakes. I was given a time and price for the work. The work was completed on time and at the price stated, they called me to say it was all done. Good service.”

“This garage supplied and fitted an exhaust to a 17 year old motorhome. Within four hours, they had sourced the replacement item. The original exhaust had been modified to clear an electric step. The fitter used heat treatment to modify the replacement item. We were kept informed of progress all day and were able to continue our holiday with a minimum fuss. I would recommend this garage for any exhaust work.”

“I was stuck with a run flat tyre following a flat. A friend recommended Elite and I rang. Cause of flat found and wheel ready in one hour. I will use them from here on for servicing and maintaining my car.”

“The older man at the reception desk was off-hand when I arrived both to leave my car and later when I collected it. Although the slow puncture was repaired, when I arrived home I discovered the tyre had not had any air added nor had the tyre pressures been entered on my car system as had been done on a previous occasion. Consequently, I had to do this myself. I will think twice about using this garage again which is a shame because I have used it before.”

“Needed a new particular type of tyre. In the local area only Elite showed availability and as a repeat customer it was a no brainer to order online. Popped in and as usual everyone friendly and helpful. In and out in 20 mins all done.”
