“Having spent nearly 40 years working in the motor trade for very large franchised garages it was refreshing to find a garage with a human face and to feel like a customer rather than a number. I’m very happy with the service I recently received from Elite Garages Caterham. I dropped my son’s car in for some attention to its suspension, within an hour we had a call from Elite with a diagnosis. They were able to get the parts and complete the job within the same day so no return visit required. Their after hours collection service where we were able to collect the keys and make payment up to 10:00pm is extremely useful. A good job all round, thank you.”

“I have taken both my cars to Eltie Garages in Eastbourne numerous times. I am always impressed by their friendliness, helpfulness, and flexibility. They go the extra mile to resolve an issue even when they are very busy. Andy in particular must be one of hte most pleasant men I have dealt with in a garage. He is enthusiastic, and no request is too much to ask.”

“It was just a puncture, but Balint, the technician, cleaned the wheel rim and carefully replaced my VW toolbox - with the locking wheel nut - which is quite tricky on a Golf 7.5. I found everyone at Elite to be respectful, which is becoming rare these days, and I would not hesitate to recommend Elite based on my experience.”
