“Very helpful when a tyre had a slow puncture. Efficiently repaired at a good price. Afterwards, car was driven out of the congested parking area so I could safely drive away.”

“My usual Garage advised me to go to Elite Garage in Walmer for their specialist knowledge regarding Air Conditioning systems. I received excellent advice and the problem seems to be resolved now. I hope this will continue to be the case for the next few years.”

“Appointment booked online 4 days prior for 2 front tyres. Chose 9am so it wouldn't impact on my work day too much. I arrived at 8.40 because the traffic was lighter than I expected. The guy on reception booked me in and I explained I would sit and wait. He said I had been double booked so there would be a bot of a wait. I sat in the waiting room. I waited and waited. Many blokes milling around, smoking in groups out the back, singing, dancing, swearing, general very loud banter but not much work happening. Eventually my car was ready at 11.10, over 2 hours of my work day missed. Manager apologised but didn't seem sincere, absolute chaos, poorly managed. Won't be returning.”

“After getting a puncture I asked on social media if anyone knew somewhere that could fix it the following day. Dan offered to help and said he would check at work the following morning after a brief chat on messenger to find out what tyre I needed. Dan was as good as his word - messaged the following day as soon as he got to work. They had my tyre and could change it that morning. I limped my car over - puncture was still releasing air slowly - and the new one was fitted within half and hour of my arrival. Definitely highly recommend Elite Tyres! You get exactly what they say they can offer.”
